Welcome!
For nearly 20 years, the Hull Artists Studio Connection, locally known as "Hull Artists", has been a fixture on Boston’s South Shore.
Known for world-famous Nantasket Beach, the town of Hull is a slender peninsula that juts out into Boston Harbor. Although just three square miles in area, the town’s 29 miles of coastline is a constant source of inspiration for the more than 50 artists that call this small seaside community their artistic home. Grand views of the harbor islands, three lighthouses, the Boston skyline, marinas, marine and wild life, and perhaps the best sunrises and sunsets in New England beckon artists and nature lovers alike year round.
Our artists are established, award-winning professionals and work in such mediums as watercolors, mixed media, oils, pastels, photography, mosaic, stained glass, acrylic, woodcrafts, pottery, and handcrafted jewelry. Many of our member artists have earned advanced degrees in art and art education, and some offer art classes through this organization.
Over the years, our “Open Studio Tours” have become a popular destination for art lovers. Held twice each year, these studio tours offer an opportunity to get to know the artists in a comfortable, personal yet professional setting. Here you can chat with the artists, perhaps watch them at work and visit their personal studio space, and browse for a treasure for yourself or someone special.
