Mostly I am a painter of marine watercolors I was born in Boston and conseqently exposed to all things cultural . I attended Dorcheser H.S.and the MFA, in the " gifted student" enrollment program sponsered by the City of Boston Depatment of Education. When at th MFA I was exposed to the discerning theorum of Gretchen Cooke and also Hiroko Dennis .While stationed in Washington State I studied the lost wax method of bronze casting with Hal Buckner. I was a student of Fumiko Kimura who showed me the way of watercolor and Sumi Painting. I give great respect and admiration to my teachers in the Boston Public school system when the "ARTS" were funded ! My gratitude deep respect to Mr.'s Rizzo, Paul Michael Bichael, and Mr.Callahan all of Dorchester H. S.. My media are clay, bronze ,watercolor, ink, pencil, oil, and acrylic, charcoal, slkscreen and pastel and lino-cut . I live in Hull and have been a member of the Hull Artists for many years .
